Common Questions

Troubleshooting
Nudge can't find my speakers
Make sure your iPhone and Apple Watch are connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Sonos speakers. Nudge uses your iPhone in the background to discover speakers — ensure the Nudge companion app is installed on your iPhone and not force-quit.
Volume or playback controls aren't responding
Try force-quitting Nudge on your Apple Watch (press the side button, then swipe left on Nudge to close it) and relaunch. If the issue persists, check that your Sonos speakers are responsive in the official Sonos app.
The app is slow or unresponsive
Ensure your Apple Watch is running watchOS 11 or later. Nudge is optimized for Series 6 and newer hardware.
